Message	plate for the vq motor. Took me a while but found a shop by me that had one to ensure the machining is top notch. Ill post some pics of my build soon. I went with 88mm CP pistons with carillo A rods and now investing in the Import Parts pro stage 3 heads. Everything on my build is brand new so if you are needing any oem good condition parts fell free to send a message. The o ring on the oil pick up is what stopped me for a while until I buy more parts and before that was the gaskets on the oil jets so those are very good points in that post. Also order a new oil pump! Created my dream
